ok, so i like the taste of good beer. it is distinct and tasty. for christmas my brother gave me a beer brew kit and it was probably one of the best gifts ever. it wasn't just a great gift because i like beer. it was a great gift because it gave me a fun hobby to focus on occasionally after work and on the weekends.
when michele and i started dating and then got engaged i really wanted us to get hobbies so we had stuff to do, instead of just sitting in front of a tv and being bored. michele is great at arts and crafts so getting her paint and a canvas was totally natural. unfortunately, when i was growing up all i did was play sports at all times of day. i do not really have as much of a creative side, so arts and crafts don't really fit.
one day when michele bought the paint and canvas and painted this beautiful lighthouse (her second time painting), I decided to get a model sail boat to put together... it was an absolutely horrible idea. i tried to put it together and did after eight hours. lopsided, unfinished, and pathetic we put my sail boat next to her magnificent lighthouse and started to laugh.
so back to the beer. i got the brew kit as a christmas present and it has been awesome. it gives me a chance to be creative by buying different ingredients and the beer is really a lot more tasty then the type you buy from the store with a lot higher alcohol content. everyone wins and i suggest it!
